Alan Pardew: “We’ve got a mouth-watering week ahead, Benfica and then Fulham at home. It is a great week for us and we want to make the most of it.
“Benfica are top of their league and they look like they’ll win it.
“We’ve played two of the best teams in Europe, Man City and Benfica.
“But we have a good knowledge of Benfica, as they have of us.
“Every game is important and it is about momentum.
"We have got ourselves into a fantastic position in the Europa League, and now we’ve got to see it through.
“The second leg is at home so it will be a full house so we have lots to look forward to.
“But we have to make sure we do well in our Premier League games too.”
