Former Nigeria goalkeeper, Idah Peterside, has advised Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, not to play the Newcastle United striker in the national team.
Idah Peterside: “The man (Ameobi) is 30 years old so I don’t see how this will be of any gain to us.
“What will happen to our youngsters? Why do we have age grade teams if we are using 30-year-olds in the national team? We don’t need Ameobi in the team."
