O'Hara is Newcastle's top target as Hughton plans for the Premier League

Newcastle have started planning for life back in the Premier League by making Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara their top summer target.[LNB]The Magpies are flying high at the top of the Championship table, six points clear of closest rivals West Brom with a game in hand.[LNB]With 12 games left to play it is looking increasingly likely they will be back among the big boys and manager Chris Hughton knows he will need reinforcements.[LNB] Swoop: Midfield battler O'Hara is on the Magpies' radar[LNB]Hughton knows O'Hara, who signed a four-year contract at Spurs last year and is enjoying a loan spell at Portsmouth, from his time at White Hart Lane.[LNB]Toon owner Mike Ashley and managing director Derek Llambias have ruled out big-money buys in the summer but, according to the Daily Star, 23-year-old O'Hara could move north for around £3million.[LNB]Llambias said: 'Hopefully, we are going up, but we are not going to put the club into financial meltdown by buying one or two big names.
