Nolan wants ruthless streak

Newcastle United midfielder Kevin Nolan has urged his colleagues to be more ruthless if they want to retain their Premier League status.[LNB] Saturday's 3-1 defeat to Arsenal at St James' Park means The Magpies are third from bottom in the table after going five league matches without success.[LNB]Nolan believes Newcastle have the talent to get themselves out of trouble, but need to adopt a more aggressive attitude on the pitch if they are to save themselves.[LNB]Ruthless"It's down to us now to start being ruthless, ruthless with each other and against teams," explained Nolan.[LNB]"But the lads are up for the fight and certainly, I believe we have got enough in the changing room and I don't believe we will go down.[LNB]"Even though we are in a sticky situation at the moment, I am 100 per cent positive that we will still be in the Premier League come the end of the season."[LNB]
