Nolan Appeals Ban

Kevin Nolan has been hit with a speeding conviction at Wakefield Magistrates' Court. The Newcastle United midfielder was given a 28-day disqualification and fines totalling almost £3,000 for clocking 108mph on the M1 near Wakefield. Nolan will appeal against the disqualification. Nolan was given a driving disqualification of 28 days, fine of £2,250, a surcharge of £15 and costs of £500.
