Newcastle are ready to offer Leon Best in exchange for Leeds' rising star Max Gradel in January.[LNB]New manager Alan Pardew is intent on adding to his attacking options to safeguard Barclays Premier League status, and is keen on the versatile Gradel, who has also attracted attention from Wigan.
