Newcastle United today confirmed the arrival of 16-year-old midfielder Olivier Kemen from MetzThe 16-year-old was unveiled at the club's Benton HQ.Kemmen is a French Under-17 international and will be part of Willie Donachie's development squad.United are yet to make a breakthrough in the transfer market as far as a senior player is concerned.However, they have bid for Arouna Kone who is on the brink of leaving Wigan.United did not confirm the length of Kemen's contract and in a short statement said: "Newcastle United have completed the signing of teenage midfielder Olivier Kemen."
