Will he be loaned out? Xisco[LNB]Newcastle are prepared to loan out Spanish striker Xisco.[LNB]The club paid £5.7m for Xisco two years ago, one of the surprise signings which caused Kevin Keegan's departure, but he is way down the pecking order at St James' Park.[LNB]Boss Chris Hughton says the 24-year-old needs games to develop and he will figure on Wednesday for the reserves against Blackpool. Off-loading him to a Spanish club to reduce the burden of his wages is an option.[LNB]He spent last season at Racing Santander, playing 23 games and scoring three.[LNB]Hughton admits £50,000 a week Xisco has shown 'good' attitude in training despite being frozen out since a substitute appearance in the 6-0 win over Aston Villa when he set up Andy Carroll's hat trick goal. He has been suspended for three games after being sent off in a reserve game.[LNB]He said: 'With regards to a loan, he's one that we're continuing to assess. It is a matter of progress with him and sometimes first team football is what helps you there, so it's a possibility.[LNB]'Xisco has had to bide his time this season and it has been hard for him because he's not had many minutes.[LNB]'He's played in a couple of reserve games, but he's found it hard to get in the side, as have a number of other players. At this stage in his development that is difficult for him, I'm sure.[LNB]'But I have emphasised to all of them who aren't in the team that they have to keep pushing hard for selection. If they do that then the door isn't shut to anyone.[LNB]'He came back in the summer and his attitude has been very good. He worked hard and showed a very good approach in training. It is no reflection on his effort or application that we've decided to use other players so far.'[LNB] Carroll puts England snub behind him by signing new five-year dealBen Arfa could still earn Newcastle move despite horror breakNEWCASTLE FC NEWS FRROM ACROSS THE NET[LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Kevin Keegan Places: Newcastle
