The Sunday rag informs us: "Toon officials have as good as concluded a deal for Sochaux striker Mobido Maiga, so allegedly, they have turned down the forward."
As is usual with anything published in that newspaper, they don't disclose any source or where the story came from.
In other words ... it's a pile of shite.
