Money-Bag City After Carroll!
Roberto Mancini has indicated he would like to sign Andy Carroll! When you have one owner with enough money to buy Russia ... and another owner with "£" signs in his eyes ... you never know WHAT could happen! Roberto Mancini: "Carroll is a good player. "But winning titles is not just about quality, it's about team spirit, luck with injuries and general good fortune. City have still got a lot to do, especially as they're looking to win the Premier League for the first time."
