Newcastle will help Dundee United launch their centenary season celebrations with a friendly at Tannadice. The Magpies will face the Scottish Premier League side on Sunday, August 2 (kick-off 3pm), less than a week before they meet West Brom in the first game of the new Coca-Cola Championship campaign. It is the fourth pre-season game to be announced by the Tyneside club, who will earlier travel to Darlington and Huddersfield before hosting Leeds at St James' Park. The club, which is still without a manager, is understood to be in the process of organising a training camp in Northern Ireland next month which could also include a game there.
