Mackems Make Move While We Stay Grounded!
Sunderland have entered the transfer market as the Toon are still pondering loan signings. Marcos Angeleri looks set to seal his £5m move to Sunderland. The deal to bring the Argentinian full-back to the Stadium of Light is in the final stages, and that looks set to mean an end to moves to land Alan Hutton. Angeleri, 27, has arrived on Wearside along with Belgian keeper Simon Mignolet this week to undergo a medical ahead of a move to the Black Cats. And with the signing now expected to go ahead, Sunderland's interest in Hutton, as well as Aston Villa right-back Luke Young, looks set to be dropped.
