Lovenkrands happy to be back

Peter Lovenkrands is delighted to be playing regularly again following his move to Newcastle.[LNB] The Danish winger, who was released by German outfit Schalke in January, has penned a deal with the Magpies that is set to run until the end of the season.[LNB]He has made a positive start to life at St James' Park and grabbed his first goal for the club in Saturday's 3-2 victory over West Brom.[LNB]Having previously enjoyed a productive spell in Scotland with Rangers, Lovenkrands admits he is relishing being back in Britain - especially as he appears to have already found some consistency.[LNB]"It is fantastic to be playing football again and I have got my enjoyment back," he told Onside.dk.[LNB]"I got to play 90 minutes (at The Hawthorns) and on top of that, I scored. It's great to be playing again.[LNB]"The start at Newcastle has been fantastic. But it is also the lifestyle, it's nice to be back in the UK."[LNB]AmbitiousMeanwhile, Newcastle have completed the signing of Swedish starlet Samuel Adjei.[LNB]The 17-year-old joins from Jonoping Sodra after impressing during a recent trial period at the club.[LNB]"I hope to be in the senior squad inside two years," the ambitious youngster told Fotbollssverige.se.[LNB]"Then I hope to play for Barcelona in the future, as they are my favourite team, and the national side as well."[LNB]
