[LNB]The north-east club said Kinnear had been admitted 'as a precautionary measure'. He missed his side's 3-2 win in the afternoon at West Brom[LNB]. [LNB]Assistant boss Chris Hughton, who acted as caretaker manager before Kinnear was appointed, took charge of the team at The Hawthorns. [LNB]A club spokesman said: 'This morning, Joe Kinnear reported feeling unwell at the team hotel ahead of Newcastle United's game at West Bromwich Albion.
