Kinnear eyes quick return

ewcastle caretaker manager Chris Hughton believes Joe Kinnear is desperate to return to full-time management.[LNB] Kinnear has been ordered to take two months off after undergoing triple heart bypass surgery this week.[LNB]Still recovering, the 62-year-old will have to settle for watching the Magpies' upcoming match with Everton from home.[LNB]Already in contact with Hughton for updates from St James' Park, the Toon boss is said to be keen to return to the hot seat.[LNB]Promising"The news has been good," said Hughton of Kinnear's surgery. "He's made a good recovery which we expect to continue.[LNB]"He will deal with the specialist. I'm quite sure that whatever time is given, he'll be back.[LNB]"I had a long conversation with him. He was in good form and sent on his best wishes.[LNB]"He is determined to get back into football. He's a football man and he's champing at the bit."[LNB]
