Aston Villa are seeking to shed some wages with Darren Bent, Shay Given, Stephen Ireland and Alan Hutton all heading for the exit.
United want Bent - but not at the £8m asking price - but Ireland will NOT be coming back to Tyneside.
Villa have offered him to Newcastle, but Kinnear has told them "thanks - but no thanks!"
Ireland was injured when he arrived on his loan spell, made an arse of himself in the Toon one evening when he stripped off to "impress the girls", and was injured when he returned to Villa Park.
But Pardew defended the player saying "he wasn't given a chance here, but I'd welcome him back".
