Neil Warnock has ordered his Queens Park Rangers skipper Joey Barton to end the feud with Wolves midfielder Karl Henry.[LNB] The FA this week considered stepping in to defuse the war of words after another weekend of mud-slinging between the two.[LNB] Hot heads: Barton argues with Henry[LNB] The pair first fell out when Barton was playing for Newcastle, and their mutual dislike for each other continued during and after QPR's 3-0 win at Wolves last Saturday. [LNB] Barton and Henry were involved in a heated confrontation after the final whistle and had to be pulled apart by team-mates.[LNB] The Rangers midfielder then took to Twitter to describe the Wolves man as a 'Sunday league player', while Henry accused his rival of boasting about how much money he earns during the game.[LNB] Barton added fuel to the flames on Sky Sports' Goals on Sunday show, but Warnock has now had enough, pulling his player to one side in training this week to tell him to draw a line under the episode.[LNB] Warnock, who is a regular guest on Goals on Sunday, was less than impressed with the 29-year-old's comments on the programme, feeling they detracted from his side's fine display at Molineux.[LNB] Concern : Warnock had a word with Barton[LNB] 'You say things and do things, don't you?' Warnock said. 'In this case, it's best to put it to bed really - it's like a Coronation Street episode really, isn't it? [LNB] 'He knows my feelings on it. The disappointment for me was that all the talk was about was Barton and Henry, not our performance. I explained that to Joey and he understood that.'[LNB] Meanwhile, DJ Campbell is ready to show former club Aston Villa his true quality tomorrow. The QPR striker was an apprentice at Villa Park but failed to win a professional contract, ultimately reaching the top via non-league football. [LNB] 'I thought I would never get back to the Premier League when I left Villa,' said Campbell, 29.[LNB] 'When I left, I stopped playing football for about a year-and-a-half and just started working and playing in non-league. [LNB] 'When I did that and was playing in non-league, I was thinking, "Have I still got it, can I still do it?" It was a tough time for me but thankfully I managed to do it. [LNB] 'What with me being a young lad and never having worked before, it was difficult. It was enjoyable in some ways because it was real life - it is what life is about. [LNB] 'A lot of people see footballers now and see the money they earn and it is a bit of a wonderland. It keeps my feet on the floor because I have lived both lives really.'[LNB] Barton's spat with Henry was like... an episode of Coronation Street, says WarnockThe Midlander: Henry's a pub footballer? When it comes to talent, you've wasted more of yours, JoeyWright-Phillips and Sturridge in the frame for England call-up[LNB] [LNB]
