If Man Utd Were Relegated Would The FA Change The League?

Yes, of course we know football is the most corupt sport in the world . but don't you think some should be a little bit discreet? Last season the Argentine league was rocked when the Golden Boys, River Plate, were relegated. Putting it all into perspective, that is like Manchester United hitting the relegation trap-door. So what happens? Can Argentina football survive without their No One crowd pullers? Well . there was only one thing for it . bend the rules and get the buggers back in the league. The Argentine Football Association has decided to reorganize its first division, which will guarantee a swift return to the first tier for relegated River Plate. The AFA announced a plan late Monday to unify the country's first- and second-tiers into one league, divided into two regional divisions. The proposal must be approved by AFA's executive committee, and a decision is expected on Oct. 18. The plan is expected to be enacted in time for the 2012-13 season, meaning that River Plate, which was relegated last month for the first time in its history, is likely to return to the top flight after just one season in the second division.
