Cabaye's second season at St James' Park was nowhere near as impressive as his first, as Newcastle left it until the very last week of the campaign to pull away fromthe drop-zone.

We've heard the rumours that he hasn't settled on Tyneside - which he has denied - but something was sadly wrong the last campaign.Newcastle rejected an enquiry from Tottenham about him last summer, while Monaco and Paris Saint Germain are also thought to be keen to lure him back to his home country.But Haidara hopes Cabaye will stay on Tyneside as he admits his compatriot helped him find his feet in the Premier League.Massadio Haidara: "Of course I want Yohan to remain at Newcastle United this summer."He's a really important player for the club and for the team.
