Hughton To Take A Backwards Step?
Chris Hughton said this week he was trying to land the pumb job at Chelsea or Aston Villa ... but it seems he will have to take a coaching position if he wants to stay in the Premiership. Fulham want the former Toon boss to rekindle his old partnership with Martin Jol and become part of the club’s new management team. Hughton spent three years as Jol’s assistant at Tottenham and the club are keen for the pair to spearhead next season’s Barclays Premier League campaign.
