Hughton Appeal Heard By Dutch FA
What with with Steve Harper sidelined and Fraser Forster on loan at Celtic, Chris Hughton knows an injury to goalkeeper Tim Krul would hit the side hard. He asked the Dutch FA to release Krul from their Under-21 squad for a friendly against Denmark and, happily, they have agreed. That will come as a relief to United, who will make a decision on pulling back Forster from Celtic in January, should Harper struggle to recover from the shoulder injury that is keeping him out of the team.
