player a couple of times before using his arm to connect with Arshavin and send him sprawling.
Malicious intent cannot be proved and Newcastle's defeat and relegation problems combined with the revival of Arsene Wenger's side meant the incident was overtaken and that will be the end of it.
If Newcastle go down, maybe the slow and cumbersome Taylor will suffer a similar fate.PS: Was Obafemi Martins' penalty against Arsenal the worst in the Premier League this season? Substitute Michael Owen might have a view on that.
