Half price season tickets have been selling fast. But don't worry if you haven't bought your ticket yet, we still have availability in all areas of the ground.
Demand for season tickets has been enormous since the club announced a special half price deal yesterday morning with supporters snapping up tickets.
We would like to thank all supporters for their patience during this very busy period and we would like to assure supporters that have had difficulties getting in touch with us that tickets are still available and we are answering calls and serving supporters as quickly as possible.
The latest status is as follows:
Call Centre
Our call centre is processing season ticket sales as quickly as possible but is experiencing very high call volumes with a current average wait time of 30 minutes. The centre is open 24 hours a day so should you be experiencing long wait times you may wish to call later this evening when lines should be less busy.
Box Office
The Box Office is also extremely busy with an average wait time of approximately 45 minutes. We will be open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Saturday and 11am - 5pm Sunday this week. For those supporters planning to come to the Box Office tomorrow, or later this week, we would suggest avoiding if possible the period between 12pm - 2pm which has been particularly busy.
Due to the level of demand for tickets we have closed the Box Office operation in the St. James' Park Official Club store and have moved the Box Office operation to the main Box Office in the Gallowgate Stand West Corner where we can accommodate greater numbers of supporters.
