Gazza Wishes He Had Died!
If there was proof Paul Gascoigne has 'lost the plot' it's his latest rant he wishes that his recent car crash had been fatal, so that he could be with his hero Sir Bobby Robson. The trouble is, one day very soon, Gascoigne WILL get to meet the former England manager ... but who will he take with him ... because TWICE in recent months he has been in a car with a drunken driver. Most of us know of people mowed down by drunken drivers, and in my case, it happened to be a close family member. And Gazza's call for help is like 'water off a duck's back' as far as I'm concerned. I don't have time for it. Gazza: "I miss him so much. I'm a big fan. In that car crash I sometimes wish if I had passed away I could meet Sir Bobby upstairs instead. "I would say to Bobby, 'How are you? After matches he'd hug the players and say, 'You did well for me'. I loved that about him. He was a great man."
