Fulham And Mackem Fixtures Are Changed

16 March 2013 10:43
Next month's Premier League home game against Fulham has been moved back by 24 hours due to Newcastle's progression into the Europa League quarter-finals.

And the Tyne-Wear derby will also be changed.

With the Magpies travelling to Benfica on Thursday, 4th April, it was obvious that the Cottagers clash - scheduled for two days later - would be moved.

And it has now been agreed that the fixture will take place on Sunday, 7th April with a 3pm kick-off.

The Club expect to be able to provide information soon on the kick-off time for the Tyne-Wear derby against Sunderland, which will also be moved as a result of the second leg.
