Former Toon Star Takes Over At Sheffield Utd
Former Newcastle midfielder Gary Speed has taken the manager's job at Sheffield Utd. Gary Speed says the offer was "too good to turn down". He replaces Kevin Blackwell, who left the club following the 3-0 home defeat by QPR on Saturday. Speed, 40, has signed a three-year contract.
