Pardew is trying to get a squad of mainly ball playing players to use route one constantly.

Sorry, but its gone on far too long - this bad run started half a dozen games from the end of last season.

He needs to get the ball on the f*cking grass and let them play. Or leave ASAP.

I agree, however easier said than done when you have (starting most games) players like Mike Williamson and Danny Simpson who are unable to play any type of pass other than a hoof.

A keeper whose distribution is woeful and 2 centre forwards who can''t hold up the ball to bring the midfield into the game (for the current 442 system to work).

Our whole team has the mentality of ''do it alone'' which is more damaging than the hoof ball. We beat some top quality teams last season hoofing it. hahaha.

Without Cabaye or Ben Arfa in the team we simply do not have players who can create chances.

It is hard to pin point the real problem we have here.

However for me, the most detrimental thing has been the lack of investment in the summer in like for like first team replacements. And the extra games causing more injuries.

Sad thing is, even if Pards goes, it will never change the structure of the club. Whoever is brought in will have to make do with the players available and try and get them to work as a unit.

With no offence to our players (whom I do admire, mostly), you can hardly look at our starting 11 yesterday and feel we have the ability to get the ball down, and really play quality football.

We can''t just have a few great ball players, it needs to be a philosophy that the whole club is working towards.

Pardew has to take some of the blame, how he has failed to utilise one of the best strikers in the leagues in Cisse is just mind blowing.

He is playing him as if it is Shola on the pitch. Back to goal, holding up the ball. Cisse is an intelligent player, and needs intelligent players around him to get the most of him. He has been feeding off scraps all season. Get him scoring and we have hope!

We need more creativity in our squad!!!
