One commentator said: "This is the most famous pre-match handshake of all time" ... but it didn't happen. Wayne Bridge refused to shake John Terry's hand, but ... ... is it true the Chelsea defender had a pair of lace knickers tucked down his sock, ready for a remarkable goal celebration? It was suggested, should Terry score, he was going to wear the knickers like a 'Spiderman' Jonas Gutiérrez-style mask. The only comment we could get from any Chelsea official today was: "F*** off you stupid Geordie bastard, that is a load of rubbish!" Which we take to be: "No comment". (Right - Those knickers?)
