Destiny Awaits Toon

Steve Harper says Monday's visit of third-top Nottingham Forest as "a massive game that can help shape our destiny". Harper is the only player to have started all 38 Championship matches this season. Steve Harper: “If we beat Forest it will be a huge step forward as the gap from top to third is already 10 points and we have a game in hand. “That makes it obvious what victory would mean. It would leave us in the driving seat. “We’ve set up the match nicely by taking four points out of six in our last two away games over four days. “However, until we’re mathematically up we won’t start shouting the odds or deviate from what we want to achieve. “And we won’t talk about trying to finish top until the first part of the job is completed. That’s been our attitude all season and it has worked well for us.”
