'Del Boy' Llambias Says 'Hands Off Pardew'

Derek Llambias says the Newcastle United boss is in "love" with the passion of the Geordie public.

With Harry Redknapp today saying "I don't know if I WANT the England job" ... the FA are running the rule over English-born managers ... and there ain't too many of the buggers in the Premiership!

Pardew for England?

He has ruled it out ... for the time being ... but could the FA offer him the job?

If, as Mike Ashley said this weekend: "every Newcastle player has his price" ... the board would be happy to get a pay-off for Pardew from the FA.

Ashley doesn't talk in 'football terms' ... talks MONEY!

Derek Llambias: “In reality, Alan will be here a few years. He’s comfortable and he likes it here.

“It’s an amazing city with an amazing fanbase, and he appreciates it.

“Alan wants a trophy, and if we don’t get one by the end of five years he will be unhappy.”
