Fabricio Coloccini may have problems with his back and unable to play for Newcastle United . but .

. rumours that he has played his last game for Newcastle increased when he wanted to move back home to Argentina for seven weeks.

He asked to be released from his £60,000 per week contract to continue his football in his homeland, even though he has signed a lengthy contract.

What should Newcastle do?

What gives the player the right to walk away and sign for another club - for no transfer fee?

The club he wants to sign for is San Lorenzo, and he was in amongst the Ultras this weekend, as Newcastle pay him £420,000 for his little holiday.
