Cause For Concern Over 41,915 Crowd?
Are Newcastle fans really starting to feel the pinch with job cuts and threats of more redundancies on the way? The empty seats at St James' Park yesterday points to tough times ahead. 41,915 turned up for the fixture against Stoke City, who (let's face it) are not the most attractive team to watch in the Premiership. But look at the attendance figures for our last three home games in the Championship last season, and that is a significant drop.
