Brown ready for Magpies scrap

Phil Brown has shrugged off the 'fighting talk' coming out of Newcastle ahead of Saturday's crucial clash at the KC Stadium.[LNB] Both sides are involved in the relegation battle but Hull City are four points better off than their opponents.[LNB]Newcastle striker Michael Owen has described the match as a 'cup final', while Jonas Gutierrez also wants to 'bring it on'.[LNB]Brown is ready for the challenge and is confident his players will be able to cope with a determined Magpies team.[LNB]"There is a lot of fighting talk coming out of Newcastle and it is interesting to hear that," said the Tigers boss.[LNB]"If they had that fighting talk all season they wouldn't be in the position they are in.[LNB]"As far as I am concerned, bring your fighting talk to the table at three o'clock and we'll get it on."[LNB]Newcastle have a number of tough fixtures still to play and Brown feels they will be under the greater pressure to win.[LNB]He explained: "They need the three points, we don't necessarily need three. One will do us."[LNB]
