Reports claim Panathinaikos coach Jesualdo Ferreira and Chris Hughton are going head-to-head for Manchester United's Anderson. Newcastle are also said to be in the market for a holding midfielder, with manager Chris Hughton believed to be monitoring Anderson’s position at United. The Brazilian joined Manchester United in 2007 but the 22-year-old has only made two starts this season. The problem is - Ferguson doesn't like to sell his stars to other Premiership clubs.
