Boss relishing Toon test

Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll believes his players will relish the big-match atmosphere at St James' Park on Saturday. Rovers have sold all 3,000 of their ticket allocation for what O'Driscoll admits is the game fans and his players have been looking forward to most this season. O'Driscoll told the Doncaster Free Press: "There are only three points at stake like any other game, but I suppose this match was always going to have a greater significance for supporters and players for obvious reasons. "Like Anfield and Old Trafford I think St James' Park is one of the showpiece grounds of Great Britain. "The fans there are fanatical and, like them, I was disappointed myself to see them come down last season." O'Driscoll added: "But our job is to go there and give them something to think about. There will be a special atmosphere and it's one that our players should thrive on."
