The game is only only three weeks away, and after the Club Brugge fiasco, the club has tried to explain why they haven’t sorted the ticket details well in advance.
Apparently the club insist they are trying hard to get the French club to confirm how many tickets will be available.
And they insist the delay is the fault of the French club, and not at the Newcastle end.
The Brugge match was a disaster, with thousands of Newcastle fans travelling to Belgium to watch the match on a screen while the match took place in front of over ten thousand empty seats.
