Dimitar Berbatov's agent expects to know where the striker's future lies after crunch talks with Manchester United. The Bulgarian's future is in doubt after he was dropped from the Red Devils' squad for their UEFA Champions League final defeat to Barcelona in May ... giving 'Parasite' Michael Owen a medal. Berbatov's representative has put his player in the shop window this summer, but now he insists Berbatov wishes to stay at Old Trafford. As for Newcastle showing an interest? I'm sure we did, but Mike Ashley has a wages cap in place and we couldn't get anywhere near the player's wages of £100,000 per week. Emil Danchev said in the Daily Mirror. "We'll know more after we have talks with United, but Berbatov wants to stay and to keep winning trophies."
