Ben Arfa Or Andy Carroll - Please Vote!

Liverpool want Hatem Ben Arfa in any deal that will see Andy Carroll rejoin Newcastle in the summer.

Let's be honest - both players are injury prone and not the sort of pair you can build a team around.

The French international has missed much of the season through injury but over his time at the Magpies he has convinced Reds boss Brendan Rodgers enough to take him to Anfield according to the Daily Mail.

Although the winger did not put in a transfer request during the January transfer window, he has made a lot of noise in recent weeks saying his ambition is to return to France.

Liverpool is NOT France, but let's not forget David Ginola's plea to Kevin Keegan back in 1997/8 when he said he was desperate to return to France because he was home sick ... and ended up in London at White Hart Lane!

Ben Arfa's affiliation with Newcastle is is not as committed as we thought and he has stated a desire to play for the rich, Qatari-backed club Paris Saint-Germain.

Carroll has been on loan at West Ham after the £35million signing found it hard to make a mark at Anfield, and would walk over broken glass to return to Tyneside.

He has scored twice in 12 appearances for the Hammers so far, the latest coming on Saturday when he headed the winner against Swansea having returned the side following a two-month injury lay-off.
