Ex-Newcastle star Joey Barton has attacked his former club's transfer policy this summer and warned of future departures.

The 29-year old moved to QPR on a free transfer after a mutual agreement was made between the midfielder and the club.Whilst at St James' Park, Barton went public on his attack at the owners at the club. He refused to a sign a new contract at the club and as a result was placed on the transfer list.

Despite moving to Loftus Road, Barton used his Twitter page to warn Newcastle fans of the dangers at the club with the current owners at helm.He tweeted: "Cheik Tiote and Tim Krul will be sold as soon as there's a significant bid or they ask for a new deal. Jonas Gutierrez and Fabricio Coloccini will also be off by this time next year."Ashley and Llambias don't deserve that club. I'm sure they think people are stupid. "Nice to see Ashley and Llambias come through with their promise to reinvest the Andy Carroll money."
