Netherlands make it five wins in five

Netherlands defeated Estonia 3-0 to preserve their 100 per cent record in World Cup qualifying on Friday as the 2010 runners-up went five points clear in Group D.

Rafael van der Vaart, in the first minute of the second half, put the Dutch in front before Robin van Persie slotted in the second 20 minutes from time.

Feyenoord midfielder Ruben Schaken made it 3-0 after 83 minutes.

The Netherlands have a perfect 15 points from five matches, with Hungary and Romania, who drew 2-2 in Budapest, five points off the pace.

On Tuesday, the Dutch will look to make it six wins in six games when they host Romania, but they may be without influential Wesley Sneijder, who hobbled off injured after 30 minutes on Friday.
