Mancini cools Napoli job link

Former Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini has cooled reports suggesting Napoli have lined him up to be their new manager.

Roberto Donadoni's position at Stadio San Paolo is believed to be under threat, particularly after director Pierpaolo Marino left the club on Monday.

However, Mancini said of the speculation: "I want to return to coaching and, if I get the chance, then I will take it. But I have not had any contact with anyone.

"I haven't been following the league, and I have not watched Inter, but they will win the Scudetto nevertheless."

The 44-year-old, who also managed Fiorentina and Lazio, teamed up with Inter in 2004 but left the San Siro last year.
