The paperwork consists of an introduction explaining the thinking that led to the board offereing to be guided by a ballot of Society members and shareholders on a 'one member/shareholder-one vote' basis, a Guidance Document' outline the possible financial outcomes of YES and NO votes and a voting slip.
The current trading position is outlined and thereafter we are in the land of speculation. Thereafter revenue implications are laid out. Of necessity many of the assumptions are not precise and all of the figures are best estimates.
The only certainty is that under the current scenario - an application for a transfer of Rangers' SPL share to a NEWCO - Motherwell will suffer financially either way.
