Interim Motherwell manager Craig Brown is happy with the squad at his disposal at Fir Park.
Former Scotland boss Brown has stepped into the breach following the exit of Jim Gannon and feels that his predecessor has left him with a good range of options.
He told the Wishaw Press: "I've only been here a week, but we played a full-scale game yesterday and I've now seen every player who is fit.
"The quality is very promising and there's a very good balance of experience and youth.
"We realise when we're looking at the squad that there's one or two areas we need to strengthen in the short term until the young boys mature.
"We've not got much cover defensively, but we have excellent provision in midfield."
