Striker Kudus Oyenuga set to return for Morton

Morton hope to have striker Kudus Oyenuga back for the Ladbrokes Championship clash with Raith Rovers after the striker returned to training following a shoulder injury.

Injuries continue to rule out Conor Pepper (knee), Lee Kilday (ankle), Ricki Lamie (hamstring) and Michael Tidser (knee) with manager Jim Duffy looking for the same level of performance that his side put in against Dundee United last weekend despite losing 2-1.

Duffy said: "It was a pleasing performance in a game that we did not deserve to lose. If we play like that again then we will give a Raith side that got back to winning ways last weekend plenty of problems."

The Kirkcaldy side add a fit again Joel Coustrain but Jason Thomson remains out with a knee problem and groin injuries continue to keep Craig Barr and Scott Robertson out of action.

Manager Gary Locke said: "We were terrific for 70 minutes against Dumbarton last weekend and were comfortable at 3-0 ahead. Dumbarton got back into things and took the score to 3-2 but we got over the finishing line and won the three points.

"It will be difficult to get another win as Morton are undefeated at home all season and have reached the semi-finals of a national cup but we will give it a go."
