Hibernian head to depleted Morton on a high

Morton are missing three players for the arrival of Ladbrokes Championship promotion hopefuls Hibernian.

Conor Pepper (knee) has not played since limping out of Morton's 3-0 win over the same opponents at Easter Road in February, while Michael Tidser (hip) and Frank McKeown (knee) are sidelined.

Stef McCluskey bolsters the squad after recovering from illness.

Manager Jim Duffy said: "Hibs will come here boosted by their win over Rangers in midweek but I am not expecting them to play the same way or even with the same line-up. Their manager Alan Stubbs has plenty of options at his disposal and I expect him to mix things up."

Hibernian boss Alan Stubbs has no fresh injuries ahead of the trip.

His side set up a Scottish Cup final date with Rangers last week after beating Dundee United in the Hampden semi before firing out a warning to Mark Warburton's men with a 3-2 win over Gers on Wednesday.

Stubbs saw striker Farid El Alagui ruled out for three weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during the last-four showdown with United but was relieved to come through the midweek encounter at Easter Road unscathed.

He will take the same squad which toppled the Light Blues to Cappielow, with Liam Fontaine (thigh), Dylan McGeouch and Dan Carmichael (both groin) also unavailable.
