Former Celtic youth joins Morton

Morton have signed former Celtic youth midfielder Carlo Monti.The 18-year-old has joined the First Division outfit, who host Dundee in Greenock on Saturday, until the end of the season after a successful trial. Manager David Irons, whose side lie fifth in the table, told his club website: "He has been training with us and had done enough to impress. "So I have signed him until the end of the season to give him the chance to show just what he is capable of." .... read more
