Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy is expected to have striker Jimmy Spencer available for the trip to Lincoln. The rookie forward sustained a knock which forced him to miss the Shrimps' 1-1 draw at home to Aldershot on Tuesday. However, he looks set to be passed fit to face the Imps as Morecambe bid to end a run of three successive draws with a victory at Sincil Bank. Boss McIlroy said: "It is soul destroying for everyone at the moment because we are playing some good football but we need to be more ruthless in front of goal and keep our concentration for 90 minutes at the back." Defender Paul Scott remains absent as he recovers from a knee operation.
