Shrimps wait on Lewis

Morecambe hope to have loan goalkeeper Joe Lewis back in action in the near future, after he suffered a terrible facial injury in the 3-1 defeat at Rotherham United.
The 20-year-old Norwich City gloveman was injured in a clash of heads with the Millers' Chris O'Grady and spent Saturday night in hospital as a result.
Shrimps physio Dave Edge told The Visitor: "Joe suffered a major cut from the top of his nose to the back of his head and it was extremely deep.
"We knew it was bad as soon as it happened and the reaction of the players also indicated he needed treatment quickly.
"Some of the lads who went over to see if he was okay had to turn away because it looked that bad, but thankfully he is okay.
"He hasn't broken any bones, which is good news, but we will have to wait and see the full extent of the injury."
Lewis also sustained shoulder damage in the collision with O'Grady.
