Morecambe have completed the signing of former Chester City winger Laurence Wilson on a two-year deal.
The former England Under-19 player was released by Chester following their relegation from the Football League.
The 22-year-old had made over 100 appearances for the Blues since arriving at the Deva Stadium in 2006, as well as spending a short spell at Mansfield on loan from former club Everton.
Shrimps boss Sammy McIlroy said: "He is a player who will add strength to our squad.
"He impressed me last season and I know the supporters rate him as well."
