Morecambe have snapped up goalkeeper Ben Smith on a month's loan from Doncaster Rovers.
The 23-year-old arrives at Christie Park as cover for Barry Roche, who has been ruled out for at least a month due to a knee injury.
Boss Sammy McIlroy told the club's official website: "With Barry out for so long we needed cover for him and Ben has come highly recommended."
Smith has featured twice for Rovers this season, with both appearances coming in the Carling Cup.
